The Golf Course
The Lambourne golf course is set in 180 acres of beautiful parkland with magnificent old oak and beech trees and 6 picturesque lakes, providing one of the region's best golfing challenges for players of all abilities. The par 72 course measures 6798 yards from the back tees and has 3 other sets of tees to suit all levels of ability.
The golf course is of championship length and standard and you will enjoy hitting to generous fairways and attacking well-protected greens. We are constantly looking to provide members with excellent playing surfaces and conditions.
Constructed on subsoil consisting of chalk & gravel, the golf course boasts exceptional drainage and provides the best year round playing conditions in the area, rarely closing or playing on temporary greens. The Lambourne Club also has the added bonus of its own two million gallon lake and bore hole, supplying a fully automated irrigation system on all greens, tees & fairways. This enables the greenkeepers to create the highest quality conditions all year round with the highest consideration for environmental issues.
Golf Membership
We provide a variety of golf membership options including private and corporate membership. As well as the superb golf courses, we also have an excellent range of practice facilities, with unlimited use for all members.
Visitors
Visitor green fees are available to non members who wish to play our course, subject to availability and must be booked in advance. On Thursdays we offer a superb deal of just £140 per tee time, which is just £35 per person (based on 4 people).
We have vast experience of hosting corporate days and golf socities and would welcome the opportunity to host your next event.
