Golf Society Sample Menus

Starter

• French onion soup, served with gruyere cheese crouton
• Smoked chicken caeser salad with parmesan cheese and croutons
• Smoked salmon and crayfish roulade with a spiced cocktail sauce
• Confit leg of duck, Asian slaw and a sesame and honey glaze
• Asparagus and wild mushroom tartlet with a rocket salad and pesto dressing (V)  
  
  

Main Course

• Braised feather of beef with a bourguignon sauce and seasonal vegetables
• Roasted breast of chicken in a chorizo and tomato sauce, served with roasted rosemary potatoes
• Fillet of red mullet escabeche served with confit potatoes
• Roasted cutlets of lamb, broad beans, braised baby gem and cocotte potatoes
• Butternut squash and sage roasted gnocchi, spinach and a parmesan crumb (V)

Dessert

• Lambourne sticky toffee and stem ginger pudding with vanilla anglaise or vanilla ice cream
•  Hot Chocolate pot with marshmallow ice cream
•   Mango and passion fruit pavlova and Chantilly cream
• White chocolate and orange bread and butter pudding finished with a Cointreau anglaise
• Warm pear and almond tart with a cinnamon ice cream  

Cheese and biscuits, celery sticks and grapes add £5.00 per person

One set menu to be selected for all guests. Vegetarians & special dietary requirements can be catered for separately.

Terms & Conditions

Society & corporate day bookings can only take place on a Tuesday afternoon or Thursday, subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure a booking. Final numbers & choice of menu, where applicable, are due 14 days in advance. These numbers will form the basis of the minimum final invoice, which should be settled on the day of the event, less the deposits received.
